  1. Hack all unsound concrete to the level of sound concrete by pneumatic/electrical hacking tools.
  2. Cut around the hacked area perimeter of 5mm – 10mm to eliminate feather edges.
  3. Throughly clean the surface to ensure free from oil, dust grease, loose dirt or material on the hacked areas.
  4. Install grout-tight timber formwork with necessary bracing and anchored securely to the concrete surface, Seal all gaps with rapid setting cement. Install grout ports into the formwork at the top and bottom level.
  5. Mix non shrink grout in a mixing drum using a low spped mixer for several minutes while adding clean water. After the grout has been throughly mixed, it is transferred to a holding drum.
  6. Prior to the grouting of the repair material into the formwork, the concrete substrate is to be saturated with water.
  7. While pumping the non shrink grout into he formwork, tapping the formwork lightly to displace any air pockets.
  8. Allow non shrink grout to cure before removing the formwork.
